From 1st April 2018, if the invoice value of goods is more than Rs 50,000, e-way bill is mandatory for inter-state movement of goods (movement to other states). For such deliveries, please provide a copy of valid E-way bill and Invoice to our driver partners for smooth and hassle-free movement of goods. If consignment value is less than or equal to Rs 50,000 please provide the partner driver with the copy of invoice, bill of supply or delivery challan. Our partners would help you to set the goods in the vehicle. However, we do not provide labour services for loading or unloading of goods.If required, you can negotiate with our partner who will get allocated for your trip. However there is no assurance that he will be willing to do the labour work & if he is willing then the charges will be mutually decided between you & the partner. Transloop will have no role in the negotiation.

The trip fare is calculated after a trip is ended. There are multiple ways to pay the fare:

PayTm: You can link your PayTm account with Transloop and the fare would be automatically deducted from the available balance. If sufficient balance is not available, the remaining amount has to be paid in cash.

Cash: The trip fare can also be paid in cash directly to our partner at the drop location.

Note: We do not offer any credit facility.

Yes. You can book a vehicle in advance for the maximum of 24 hrs before the time of loading.

Yes, we do serve you 24x7. Please note that the order confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.

Toll Charges : These are included in your final trip fare but it may not be included in the estimated fare at the time of booking. So you don’t have to pay for these changes at the time of crossing the toll or pay additional money to the partner. Please note that if a toll falls in your one way trip, then you may be charged a return toll as the partner has to pay the same once he is returning from your drop location. Parking & Other Charges : The customer has to bear these charge over and above the fare amount. These charges have to be paid to our partner directly.

If you cancel, after a partner is assigned for your trip, then you may be charged a cancellation fee which will be intimated to you at the time of cancellation. Conditions for these cancellation charges may vary from time to time.

All our partners go through a background verification process. Also, you can your our tracking system to track your goods live while they are being transported.

We do have vehicles which carry No Entry Pass (NEP) as well & such vehicles can ply during the no entry timings. (An additional charge may be applicable for NEP vehicles, during the no entry time )

We would like to assure you of the accuracy of our ETA & the estimated travel time. However, given the unpredictable nature of traffic & road conditions, we do not provide any service guarantee

The vehicle can be tracked Through customer app or website . Also, we send you an SMS once a partner is allocated on your order.

Yes. You can change the drop location or you can also ask the driver to proceed to the new location. We will automatically calculate the new price based on the new drop location

The trip fare can change due to the below mentioned reasons: 1. If the Pick up and drop location changes a lot from the originally mentioned ones 2. If the Loading and unloading time exceeds its limit as mentioned during the time of booking 3. If there are multiple stops in the trip 4. If you are particular about the route that needs to be taken by the driver and if that route is different from our recommendation to the driver 5. Other unforeseen issues

You can choose a mini truck as per the type, weight & volume of the goods you wish to transport. Depending on the type of goods, you can decide whether you want to go for an open body or a closed body mini truck and the weight of goods will help you decide which mini truck would be best suitable for the movement job

It is very easy to book from a wide range of mini trucks like Tata Ace, Tata 407, Pickup 8ft, Supro, Maruti Carry, Champion, EECO etc. online. 1. Search for app based mini truck providers (Example: Transloop) 2. Download the app 3. Compare the mini truck options on size, load bearing capacity & type of goods movement requirements 4. Check Trip Estimate for each of the mini truck options 5. Click book now

ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) will be shown to you before completing the booking through Transloop.

We have a trip estimate calculator on their website. All you have to do is fill in your trip starting location, destination location and type of vehicle requirement. The website will automatically calculate the fare for you. Else you can download the app, try booking a vehicle and it'll show you the fare estimate for the trip. When you book/hire a mini truck through Transloop, an app based service you get verified drivers. Transloop has a thorough vetting process when they attach a driver partner to their company including keeping a copy of all the necessary documents. This makes their drivers the safest bet.

Booking Options

My Account

Here are a few tips to help you get started with Transloop:

- While registering, please select your signup country and enter the mobile number that you would like to use to book an Transloop ride. You will receive an OTP on your phone to verify your mobile number.

-Next, enter the details such as your name and email to create an Transloop account. Once you've filled in all the details, tap REGISTER.

If you have a referral code, you can apply the referral code in Got a referral code? You can earn a free-ride coupon by entering a referral code while signing up. You can get the referral code from a friend who has an Transloop account. The referral code can be found in the Refer & Earn section of your friend's Transloop app.

Note- If the mobile number entered is correct and you haven’t received the SMS with OTP details, you can request for OTP again by clicking on Resend OTP or Get OTP over a call.

Please note that there is a limit on the number of accounts that can be created on one mobile device.

You will be able to log in to your Transloop account with password only if you have already setup password for your Transloop account. Alternately, you can choose to log in to your Transloop account using Log in with OTP option.

To log in with password, all you need to do is:-

- Enter your mobile number registered with Transloop. - Select Log in with password option available on the screen - Enter the password for your Transloop account and select Log in.

In case you have forgotten the password for your Transloop account, please click on Forgot Password? link available on the screen to reset your password.

Note- Forgot Password? link will be available for you only if you have verified your registered email ID.

While registering with Transloop, you can choose to enter the referral code of a friend who has a valid Transloop account. Depending on the reward policy applicable to your friend’s account, you may receive a free ride coupon, which you can use on your first Transloop booking.

Note- It is NOT mandatory to enter a referral code to register with Transloop. If you don’t have a referral code, you can continue to create your Transloop account by selecting REGISTER after filling all the required fields such as email ID, password and mobile number.

You will receive a free-ride coupon when you register using a referral code only if:-

- You are eligible for one based on the referral policy applicable to your friend’s Transloop account. - You have never booked an Transloop before using your registered mobile number or email ID. - Neither you nor your friend has violated any of the terms and conditions of our referral program. Please refer to our referral terms and conditions here

If you didn’t receive a free-ride coupon on registering with Transloop but think you are eligible for one, please click here

Once you have an Transloop account, you can share your referral code with friends from Refer & Earn section in Transloop app menu. Click here to get started by inviting your friends.

We use your mobile number to send you important details related to your booking, billing, and Transloop offers. Therefore it is important that you keep your mobile number updated.

You can change your mobile number from your Transloop app. All you need to do:-

- Go to your Transloop app menu to view your name and mobile number. - Tap on your name to visit Profiles & Settings. - Tap MOBILE NUMBER and enter your new number. - Tap Save. You will receive an OTP on the new mobile number you entered. - Enter the OTP to verify your mobile number. Once you verify, your mobile number will be updated.

If you have forgotten the password of your Transloop account, follow the steps given below to reset your password

- Click on Forgot Password? link available on the screen to reset your password. - You will receive a password reset link on your email ID registered with Transloop. Please use the link sent to your email ID to reset your password. - On Set password screen, enter a new password.

Note- Your new password should be a minimum of six characters and a mix of both alphabets and numbers. - Re-enter your new password to verify.

You will be successfully logged in to your Transloop account.

You can change your Transloop account password from your Transloop app. All you need to do:-

- Go to your app menu to view your name and mobile number. - Tap your name to visit Profiles & Settings. - Tap on Password to change the password. You will be asked to enter your current password before you can create a new one. - Enter your New password (minimum of 6 characters and a mix of alphabets & numbers). - Confirm your new password and click Save to update your password.

Corporate profile offers you the convenience of managing your corporate movement of goods more efficiently with your Transloop app. By creating a corporate profile, you can :-

- Tag Corporate Rides: Separate your personal and official rides. - Add Ride Reasons: Add reasons to remember trip details before or after the ride. - Simplify Reimbursements: Receive consolidated invoices for all your official rides. - Easily get GST input on your goods transportation service.

Corporate profile also offers the option of sending weekly or monthly travel reports summarizing the corporate rides taken during a period, thus reducing the hassle of managing multiple invoices.

To create a corporate profile, you need to provide your official email address on the Transloop app.

- Go to the Transloop app menu - Tap on your name to visit your Profile - In Accounts, tap on Transloop Corporate and provide your official email id - Select the frequency for receiving ride report. Click Save

Please note: A verification email is sent to your official email id. Please verify your email id to receive invoices, and consolidated travel reports.

You can start taking official rides after selecting corporate profile from the Profiles Tab on the Transloop app.

You can opt to receive your travel reports either weekly or monthly basis .

All you need to do is :-

On your Transloop app, Go to your app menu to see your name displayed with mobile number.

- Tap on your name to visit your Profile. - In Accounts, tap on Corporate Profile. - Select from the option of receiving weekly or monthly report. Click Save

As per your selection, your travel reports will be sent to your official email id.

Transloop's Referral Program is a promotional scheme wherein you get a chance to earn exciting rewards such as free ride coupons by inviting your friends to Transloop. All you need to do is to share your referral code with your friends, and ensure they use the code while signing up on the Transloop App. To know more about how can you invite and share your referral code with friends, click here. Depending on the reward policy applicable to your Transloop account, you may receive a free ride coupon when your friend signs up with your referral code and takes his/her first ride with Transloop. If applicable, your friend may also receive a free ride coupon upon sign-up. He/she can use this free ride coupon his/her first ride with Transloop. You can find your referral code and the reward policy applicable to your Transloop account in Refer & Earn section in your Transloop app menu. You can invite your friends to Transloop by sharing your referral code.

To share your referral code with friends, all you need to do is:-

- Select Refer & Earn in Transloop app menu to find your referral code. - On Invite Friends screen, start inviting your friends to Transloop by sharing your referral code along with the unique Transloop app download link via WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, SMS, or Email.

You can also share your referral code directly with your friends over the phone or in person.

You can check the free-ride coupons earned in the Refer & Earn section of your Transloop app menu.

The validity period of each coupon is indicated over it. You will also receive your coupon codes via SMS and email on your registered mobile number and email id.

To apply a free-ride coupon while booking a ride:

- Tap Apply Coupon and select a coupon. or - Enter the free-ride coupon code.

You can find your referral code to share with your friends by clicking on Offers and Free Rides in your Transloop app menu.

If you are unable to see your referral code on clicking Offers and Free Rides in your Transloop app menu, it may be that-

- You are not eligible for Transloop’s referral program. - You are using an older version of the Transloop app. We recommend to update your Transloop app by visiting your phone's app store. - You have created multiple Transloop accounts on the same phone or used the same Transloop account on multiple devices. - You are using a device which has been compromised with.

You may not receive referral benefits on referring your friends if :-

- You are not eligible to receive one as per the reward policy applicable to your Transloop account at the time of your friend’s sign-up. - Your friend has not used your referral code while registering on the Transloop app. - Your friend has booked an Transloop before using his/her registered mobile number or email ID. - Your friend has taken his first Transloop ride after 90 days of registering with Transloop using your referral code. - Your friend has registered on an older version of the Transloop app. - You have created multiple Transloop accounts on the same phone or used the same Transloop account on multiple devices. -You are using a device which has been compromised with.

Fares & Payments

Select the Rate Card option available in the Transloop app menu to check the fares for Transloop rides in different cities

Checking the Fare for a Vehicle Category

Just double-tap or press and hold a vehicle category icon (Ex: Small, Medium & Large) on the Transloop app to know the per kilometer charge of that vehicle category.

Checking Total Fare

Alternately, you can also enter the drop location and choose the vehicle category to check the estimated Total Fare for your ride.

Note- The estimated total fare for your ride may vary due to traffic conditions or any variation in distance traveled.

You can check the total fare for your ride on Transloop app by entering the drop location. On entering the drop location, you will be able to view the estimated fare for every vehicle category.

The total fare for your Transloop ride is calculated by adding the following:-

- Base Fare - A flat fare charged up to a particular distance or for the first few kms. - Distance Fare - The fare charged on per km traveled. Depending on the city, the Rate/Km may vary after a threshold distance or an extra charge may be applicable after a particular distance. - Ride Time Fare -The fare charged on the total time duration of the trip from pickup time to drop time. This also includes driver waiting time before the trip starts, wait time in traffic or at traffic signals during the ride. - Peak Pricing (if applicable)-Peak pricing is applied on standard fares depending on the time of booking. It is not a fixed charge and varies as per the demand for the vehicles in your area. - Advance Booking Fee ( if applicable)- Advance booking fee is a flat amount charged on all Ride Later bookings.The fee will be added to your ride bill on completion of the trip. - Convenience Fee (if applicable)- The fee may vary from city to city. You can check the Total Fare breakup (click on the ‘i’ icon ) for the convenience fee before confirming a booking. - Airport Charges (if applicable)- A surcharge fee may be charged for airport pickup and drop (depending on the city.) - Toll and Parking Fee (if applicable) - Taxes (as per the state taxation rules)

Note - Base Fare, Distance Fare, and Ride Time Fare may vary depending on the demand for vehicles during that time and the vehicle category selected. You will always be informed before you confirm the booking of any fare increase (if applicable).

You can always check the invoice sent to your registered email id for understanding the fare breakup of your ride.

If you feel that you were charged a cancellation fee incorrectly, you can request a Cancellation Fee Waiver. Please click here to know how you can request a Cancellation Fee Waiver. Cancellation fee is charged to compensate drivers for the time, effort and fuel spent while trying to reach the pickup location. You may be charged a cancellation fee if a booking request is cancelled 5 minutes or later after driver accepts the booking request or if the driver has already arrived at the pickup location. You may also be charged a cancellation fee if a driver cancels the booking after waiting at your pickup location for more than 5 minutes. However, the cancellation fee will not be charged if the driver is delayed in reaching the picking up location by more than 5 minutes from the shown ETA. Cancellation fee amount and free cancellation time frame may vary depending on your city and vehicle category selected. You can also check the city wise cancellation fee for each vehicle category on our website - https://www.Transloop.in/fares. All vehicle categories have a 5 minute free cancellation time frame. Cancellation fee if charged will be added to the total bill amount of your next Transloop ride.

Peak Pricing is an additional charge applicable when the demand for loading vehicles is higher than the number of vehicles actually available near your location. A variety of factors such as rush hours, heavy rain , holiday or a local event can cause rise in demand for loading vehicles which may result in peak pricing being applied on your booking. Peak pricing is not a fixed charge and varies depending on the demand for vehicles. For example- If the peak pricing applicable on your booking is 1.2x then your total fare will increase by 1.2 times. In some cities, during high demand time, revised total fare will be shown for your ride before you confirm a booking. We at Transloop believe in transparent pricing. You will always be informed if peak pricing is applicable on your ride before you confirm a booking. If you feel that the peak pricing applied on your booking is high, you can try choosing from other vehicle categories available on the Transloop app or or alternately try booking a vehicle from your Transloop app after a few minutes.

If you think you were wrongly charged a cancellation fee, we would be happy to help.

Click Your Rides in the Transloop app menu and follow the below steps:-

- Select the ride on which cancellation fee has been charged. - Tap the Support button. - From Choose an Issue, select Charged Cancellation Fee Incorrectly. - Tell us more about your problem and send it to us.

We will look into your request and get back to you soon.

Advance booking fee is a flat amount charged on all Ride Later bookings. Once your ride later booking is confirmed, you will be informed via SMS on your registered mobile number about the advance booking fee applicable on your ride.The fee will be added to your ride bill on completion of the trip.You can always check the invoice sent to your registered email id for understanding the fare breakup of your ride

You can opt to pay by Cash for your Transloop booking. All you need to do is to select your payment option as Cash from the 'Pick a Payment' option before confirming a booking. You can always check the approximate fare for your ride by entering your drop location and using the Get Total Fare option available on the booking confirmation screen to ensure that you have enough cash/exact change for your ride. You can also choose to ride cashless and save yourself from the hassle of tendering exact change by opting to pay with Paytm/Credit/Debit Card.

You will need to add your credit/debit card to the Transloop account to pay for your ride with the card.Add your credit/debit card to your Transloop account from your app in just a few steps:-

- Tap on Payments option in your Transloop app menu - Click on Add a Credit/Debit Card option - Enter your Card Number and click Next - Enter your card details and click Save Card

Note- A nominal charge will be charged on your card to verify your card details. Once your card is added to your Transloop account, select the card from ‘Pick a Payment’ option while booking to pay by card.

You can settle the bill using your saved card anytime during the ride. If you choose not to settle the bill during the ride, you can pay the driver in cash at the end of the ride.

Note- If your card payment fails, please try again before the end of the ride. Alternately, you can pay in cash to the driver

When you opt to Auto Pay for your Credit/ Debit card, you enjoy the benefit of faster payments without worrying to enter CVV/OTP for every transaction.

You can opt to set up Auto Pay with just a toggle when you choose to add your Credit/Debit card to your Transloop account or during payment for your rides through Credit/Debit card.

You can also enable the Auto Pay option from Payments in-app menu by selecting the card and switching on the toggle.

Currently, the following card types are eligible for Auto Pay:-

- Credit Card: All Visa & Master Cards - Debit Card: HDFC & ICICI bank Cards

Note- The ride bill of up to INR 2000 can only be paid by Auto Pay option.

If Auto Pay fails due to any reason you will be requested to settle the bill for your ride on the next booking.

If your card has been charged but you are still receiving Payment Pending message, we request to wait for sometime for the payment status to be updated.

In case your card has been charged twice, rest assured the amount will be refunded to your card. It may take upto 7 days for the same to reflect in your statement.

You can subscribe to Transloop Select membership by selecting Join Transloop Membership option available in your Transloop app menu.

Next, on clicking Subscribe Now button, you will be directed to the payment screen.

On Payment screen, you can choose the subscription time period and pay the membership fee using the Transloop Money option to start enjoying membership benefits.

You can check the status of your Transloop Membership on the Transloop app. All you need to do is:-

- Go to your Transloop app menu . - Click on the Transloop Membership option. - Select Check Status to view the details of your Transloop Membership.

You can check the validity period of your Transloop membership on your Transloop app. All you need to do is:-

- Go to your app menu . - Click on the Transloop Membership option to view membership details.

You can renew your Transloop Membership from the Transloop app. All you need to do is:-

- Go to your Transloop app menu . - Click on the Renew Transloop Membership option to view the membership fee details.

Choose your membership subscription and make the payment to renew your membership using Transloop Money.

You can cancel your Transloop membership within 7 days from the date of purchase and request a refund from the Support section in the Transloop app menu . Post the period of 7 days from the date of purchase, your Transloop membership cannot be cancelled. In addition, you cannot request a cancellation of your membership more than once in a period of 30 days

All About Transloop Services

On demand loading vehicles can be booked through the Mobile App or Website of Transloop by just tapping on the “Book Now” option. Customers can book vehicles, as per their type, weight & volume of the load to be transported, by selecting the vehicles from the following categories of vehicles:

  • Small
  • Medium
  • Large

If you are heading out for multiple deliveries to your multiple clients, Transloop Rental can be your trusted ride partner.

With Transloop Rental, now you can rent goods loading vehicles on hourly packages at best prices. Choose for rental packages from 2, 4, 8 to 12 hours and select a vehicle category as per your travel requirement.

Note- Transloop rental service is available for travel within the city limits.

You can book a Rental from your Transloop App.

All you need to do is :-

- Tap the Rental category icon on the Transloop app. - Select Ride Now.

Note- Transloop Rental is also available on Ride Later option in select cities. You can book an Transloop Rental upto 24hrs in advance from your travel time.

- Select the desired package. - Select your preferred vehicle category such as Small, Medium or Large (as available in your city.) - Click Accept and Confirm.

You will receive a booking confirmation on your App screen.

Your ride details together with OTP to start your trip will be shared with you via push notification on your phone.You can also find OTP to start your trip on Track Ride screen of your app

You can choose Rental packages from 1,2,3, 4, 8, to 12 hours and select a vehicle category as per your requirement.

Note- Rental packages & vehicle options available may vary from city to city. You can always check the rental packages & vehicle options available by tapping on the Rental icon Transloop app and choosing from Ride Now or Ride Later option

The fare for your Transloop rental ride will be as per the rental package selected by you. Your rental package is a fixed fare package until you exceed the number of hours or the number of kms you hired the vehicle for.

You can check the fare for your Rental ride on your Transloop app before confirming a booking.

Note- The fare for your rental package may vary depending on the choice of vehicle and city of booking.

Start Trip OTP

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the start trip OTP via push notification on your phone. You will need to share the OTP with the driver once you have boarded the vehicle to start your rental trip.

You can also find the OTP to start your trip on Track Ride screen of your Transloop app.

Note- Please don’t share your start trip OTP with the driver until you have boarded the vehicle.

Stop Trip OTP

You will need to share the stop trip OTP with the driver to end your rental trip.

The stop trip OTP will be shared with you via push notification on your phone. You can also find the OTP to end your trip on Track Ride screen of your Transloop app.

Note- Please don’t share your stop trip OTP with the driver until you are sure that you want to end your trip .

Your rental package is a fixed fare package until you exceed the number of hours or the number of kilometers you hired the vehicle for. Therefore, no additional fares and charges such as extra driver charges or night charges are applicable on your rental ride.

However, if you exceed the number of kms or hours, every additional kilometer fare and additional hour fare is charged. This fare is also indicated on your Transloop app before you confirm a booking.

Note- Toll charges (if applicable) will be paid by the driver on your behalf during the trip. The toll charges paid will automatically be added to your total bill at the end of the trip. Parking charges (if applicable) will need to be paid by you during the trip.

You can now book an Transloop for your outstation travel by selecting the outstation option (at the top of the screen) or tap the outstation icon ( at the bottom of the screen) on your Transloop app.

You can book an outstation ride from 1 hour to up to 7 days in advance for a one way or a round trip. Depending on your requirement, you can choose vehicle category from Small, Medium or Large for your outstation trip.

You can book an outstation ride from your Transloop app. All you need to do is-

- Select the outstation option (at the top of the screen) or tap the outstation icon ( at the bottom of the screen) on the Transloop app. - Enter your destination city. - Select journey type from One way or Round trip. - Enter date and pickup time as per your travel requirement.

Note- For a round trip, you will also be required to enter the return time. This will help us in providing the fare estimate of the trip.

- Select the car category - Check the Total Estimated Cost for your trip and Confirm the booking.

Once the booking is confirmed, the ride details will be shared 45 minutes prior to your pickup time. You can track your ride from Your Rides section in your Transloop app menu.

Start trip OTP

Start trip OTP - You will need to share the start trip OTP with the driver for starting your Outstation trip. The start trip OTP will be shared with you via SMS on your registered phone number. You can also find this OTP on the Track Ride screen of your Transloop app.

Once the driver reach your location, the driver will press the start trip option on his app. Share the OTP with the driver after checking the odometer reading entered by the driver.

Note - Please don’t share the start OTP with the driver until you have boarded the vehicle.

Stop trip OTP

Stop trip OTP - You will need to share the stop trip OTP with the driver for ending your Outstation trip. The stop trip OTP will be shared with you via SMS on your registered phone number. You can also find this OTP on the Track Ride screen once your trip has started.

Additional fares & charges will be applicable on your outstation fare if you-

Exceed the trip duration or number of kms than the base kms - In case you exceed the number of base kilometers traveled or exceed the number of hours, you will be charged additional km fare and/or extra hour charge as applicable.

Toll and Parking charges (if applicable) are additional and need to be paid in cash during the trip.

Toll charges for a one way trip - You need to settle the toll charges in cash as applicable on your one way trip.

Toll charges for a round trip - You will need to pay the toll charges in cash as applicable on a round trip. If you choose not to return to the source city, the toll charges as applicable on a round trip will need to be paid in cash.

State taxes and Permits (if applicable) are not included in your bill and will need to be paid in cash during the trip.

Trip days for your outstation trip are considered as 24-hour blocks from the pickup time. For example, for a one day trip starting on 25th March at 8 am, the trip day will end on 26th March at 8 am.

In this case, your untraveled distance back to the source city will be added to the kms calculation. For example, you booked a return trip from Bangalore but chose to end the trip in Mysore. For calculating the kms used, the distance back to Bangalore will be added to the kms from odometer reading. The total kms are then compared with inclusive base kms to calculate your total bill.

In this case, the distance (kms) between the actual drop location and original destination (as selected by you during booking) will be added to the total bill over the actual kms used. For example, you booked a one way trip from Mysore to Ooty but choose to get dropped 30 kms before Ooty. In this case, 30 kms unused/ not traveled by you will be added to the actual kms traveled by you and the bill will be generated accordingly.

All About Transloop Services

You can book an Transloop instantly from your Transloop App using MOVE NOW option

All you need to do is:-

- Turn on your phone's Locations settings (Location or GPS) to make a booking. - Login to your Transloop App. On Logging in, you'll be shown vehicles that are near your location. Note-If you are a first time user, you will need to Create an Account with Transloop to avail Transloop services. To know more about Creating an Transloop Account click here. -On Logging in, you'll be shown the cabs available near your location. - Set up your pickup location and enter your drop location on Book your Ride screen by either moving the location pin on the map to your exact desired pickup/drop location or by selecting the exact address from the search bar. - Select a vehicle type and then click MOVE NOW. - Tap CONFIRM to make your booking.

You will receive a booking confirmation on your App screen. You will be able to view your booking details, vehicle location on the map, and the time your driver will take to pick you up on Pickup Arriving screen.

You will also receive your ride details (vehicle & driver details) through push notification

We understand that there are times when you want to book an Transloop in advance to remain assured that you will get a vehicle when you most need it.

With Move Later option on your Transloop App, you can book an Transloop from your Transloop app up to 1 day in advance to 1hr 15 mins ahead of the desired pickup time.

Note - You can book an Transloop to move later from your Transloop app only. We don’t accept any booking requests on Call.

To book an Transloop using Move Later option from the Transloop app, all you need to do is- - Login to your Transloop App and on Book your Ride screen enter the pickup location where you would like the driver to pick you up. - Select a vehicle category and tap MOVE LATER option to make a booking. Note - Move Later option is available in select cities on select vehicle categories only. On clicking the desired vehicle category if you see the Move Later option, you can go ahead to make a booking request. - Select Date and Time for your pickup and confirm your booking by clicking CONFIRM BOOKING button.

You will receive a booking confirmation on your App screen. Ride details will be shared with you via push notification 10 minutes prior to the pickup time.

You can also view your ride details by selecting from Your Rides section in your Transloop app menu.

Note- We at Transloop monitor vehicle availability around your pickup location to ensure that you get a vehicle at your scheduled time. However, we cannot guarantee a vehicle when you make a request using Move Later option. If in case, we are unable to find a vehicle near your location, you will be notified immediately.

It is essential to ensure that your pickup location is correct before you tap CONFIRM to make a booking. Once the booking is confirmed you will be unable to change your pickup location.

Please check that your phone’s GPS is switched ON. This allows the app to automatically select your current location as the pickup address. You can check your location on the map and the details of the pickup address in the search bar on top of the screen.

You can perfect your pickup location by doing either of the below:-

- Moving the location pin on the map to the location where you want the vehicle to pick you up from. - Entering your location in the search bar on top of the screen.

You can choose to enter drop location on Book your Ride screen to get fare estimate for your ride. Entering a drop location also helps a driver navigate to your destination and saves you from the hassle of giving directions.

You can also enter the drop location once the booking is confirmed on Pickup Arriving screen.

Note- For some vehicle categories it is mandatory to enter drop location before confirming a booking.

To enter the drop location, you can opt from either of the below:-

- Enter the drop location in the search box provided on top of the screen. - Move the location pin on the map to the location where you want the vehicle to drop your goods.

During the trip, at any time, you can choose to change the drop location and your driver will be informed.

You can find the personalized offers applicable on your Transloop rides in Notifications Inbox on your Transloop app. Tap the bell icon on the home screen of your Transloop app to check for the personalized offers, updates on new features & launches from Transloop.

These personalized offers and coupons will be automatically available for use when you click Apply Coupon while making a booking.

To apply a coupon/offer code on your Transloop ride, all you need to do is-

- Select a vehicle category and tap MOVE NOW to make a booking. - Tap Apply Coupon option and select from the coupons applicable on your ride. If you don't see a coupon but know the code, you can always enter it here.

The offer will be automatically applied to your ride. At the end of the trip, you can check the discount applied on your total fare in the invoice sent to you on your registered email ID.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to track your vehicle. You will be able to see your vehicle’s location on the map and also the time it will it take for the driver to pick up your goods.

You can also track your vehicle from Your Rides section in your Transloop app menu. All you need to do is to select your upcoming ride and tap Track Ride option available on the screen.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an OTP via push notification on your phone. Before loading the vehicle with goods, you will need to share the OTP with the driver to start the trip.

If you have booked a vehicle for a friend or family, we request you to keep them informed about the OTP.

On the completion of the delievery, you can check your total ride bill on driver’s app screen. You will also be informed about the bill amount through a push notification.

You can Pick a payment option before you confirm a booking from Cash, Credit/Debit card to pay for your Transloop ride.

Cash- When opting for paying with cash for your Transloop ride, we request you to ensure that you are having enough cash/ change to settle your bill. To save yourself from the hassle of tendering exact change, we recommend to ride cashless with debit/credit Card.

Credit/Debit Card- If you have opted to pay by Card, you will need to settle the bill for your ride from your Transloop app after the ride. On opening the Transloop app, you will be prompted to make the payment for your last ride.

Note- You will need to add the card to your Transloop account before you confirm a booking to make the payment for your Transloop ride with the card.

We request you to pick the payment option carefully before you confirm the booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you will not be able to change your payment option.

To ensure that all your Transloop rides are convenient, safe and easy to use, we have a rating system in place for each ride that you take. You can rate a ride between 1 to 5 stars and share your feedback every time you complete a trip.

Your ratings should reflect the quality of service provided by that particular driver. Therefore, a few pointers to consider while rating a ride could be Behavior of the driver, Quality of Service etc.

When a driver consistently receives a low rating, we undertake appropriate measures such as offroading him for a certain duration, engaging him in training programs, and deactivating his account with Transloop.

We recommend entering your exact pickup and drop location to move your goods hassle-free.

You can always check on your Transloop app if the drop location is within the city limits.

All you need to do is -

- Enter your drop location. - Select your desired location from the suggested locations. - Check the message displayed on your Transloop App screen.

If the drop location is outside the city limits, you will see the message on the screen stating ‘Invalid drop location’.

For your travel requirements outside the city, book an Transloop outstation by selecting the Outstation category icon on your Transloop app.

You can now call us from your app itself.

If you are facing any issue on your Transloop ride, you can get in touch with us in just a few clicks. All you need to do is:-

- From My Rides section in your Transloop app menu, select the ride on which you faced the issue. - Next, click on the Support button. - In Choose an Issue, select the issue type such as Billing Related or Driver Related. - Select your issue. For example, I did not get my offer discount. - If you are not happy with the resolution provided on the app, you can call us using the CALL US option on the screen.

To book an Transloop offline, all you need to do is:-

- Open your Transloop app. Your Transloop app will automatically detect your location. - Select the vehicle category you would like to book. - Select Move Now and Confirm your booking. On confirming the booking, a SMS will be sent from your phone with details of your location.

Note- In case you don’t have an unlimited SMS plan, standard SMS charges (as per your service provider) may apply.

- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive driver details via SMS. You can also check the same on Track ride screen on your Transloop app.

Note- Offline booking is applicable on vehicle categories that are available in your city. You can book from small, medium & large categories if available in your city.

Offline booking can only be done from your current location. Currently, you cannot book a vehicle for any other pickup location with offline booking.

Currently in offline booking, we don’t have an option to enter drop location. Therefore, we will not be able to show you the fare your ride.

If peak pricing is applicable on your ride, you will be informed about it via booking confirmation SMS and same can be checked on Track Ride screen of your Transloop app

If your friend is away from your location:

You can now book an Transloop for a friend from your Transloop app. All you need to do is:-

- Open your Transloop app. - Choose the pickup location from where your friend wants to move goods. - Select a vehicle category and click MOVE NOW or MOVE LATER. - You will be asked who is this booking for. - Tap ‘Someone Else’ and select your friend’s contact from your phonebook. - Confirm the booking.

On booking confirmation, your friend will receive an SMS containing booking details and OTP to start the trip on the phone number selected by you while booking. He/She can track the vehicle using the link provided in the SMS.

Note- Please inform your friend to not to share the OTP with the driver until the driver reach the pickup location.

If your friend is with you:

- Open your Transloop app. - Proceed to make a booking as usual. - On the booking confirmation screen, look for a button that says ‘Myself’ or ‘Personal’ (for Corporate users). - Tap this button to select ‘Someone Else’. - Select your friend’s contact from your phonebook. - Confirm the booking

Yes. Once you confirm the booking for your friend, he/she will receive the ride details via SMS along with the link to track the vehicle. Your friend can track the vehicle by clicking on this link

When you book an Transloop for a friend, the driver calls your friend directly.

Note- Please inform your friend to not to share the OTP with the driver until he/she has reached the location. In case the driver requests for OTP over the call, please don’t entertain any such requests

If you want to pay for the booking yourself, pick any of the cashless options from Credit/Debit card before you confirm a booking.

If you want your friend to pay for the booking, choose Cash as your payment option

Safety of all our passengers is our top priority. In case of an emergency, your friend can tap the track booking link in the SMS. He/ She will find the SOS button on the screen. On pressing the SOS button, he/she can choose to alert you or call the nearest Police Control Room (PCR)

If your app is not showing your correct location, you can enter your pickup address in the search bar or move the map to where you want to be picked up.

- Check to see if your phone's Location services are enabled. - On an android phone, we recommend you set your location services to high accuracy mode. - Restart the app. - Restart your phone. - Check to see if your app is updated to the latest version

- Check internet connectivity- Please make sure that you are connected to the internet with a strong signal or over a Wi-Fi connection. - Update the Transloop app - We upgrade the Transloop app from time to time to enhance speed and performance on all devices. Please check to ensure that you have the latest app version. You can visit your phone's app store (App Store or Google Play Store) to download the latest app or visit https://www.transloop.in/mobile. - Check GPS settings - Please check that the GPS settings has been enabled on your phone. Your location information can correctly pin-point your location which helps us in providing vehicle availability information accurately. - Restart your phone - Try restarting your phone and open the Transloop app again. - Check the storage space on your phone- Please ensure that you have enough memory/ storage space available on your phone. You can free up storage space by uninstalling other apps or deleting pictures or videos.

Cancellation

Yes. You can cancel your booking but a cancellation fee will be charged once the driver has moved a certain distance towards your pick up location.

If you feel that you were charged a cancellation fee incorrectly, you can request a Cancellation Fee Waiver. Please click here to know how you can request a Cancellation Fee Waiver.

Cancellation fee is charged to compensate drivers for the time, effort and fuel spent while trying to reach the pickup location.

You may be charged a cancellation fee if a booking request is cancelled 5 minutes or later after driver accepts the booking request or if the driver has already arrived at the pickup location.

You may also be charged a cancellation fee if a driver cancels the booking after waiting at your pickup location for more than 5 minutes. However, the cancellation fee will not be charged if the driver is delayed in reaching the picking up location by more than 5 minutes from the shown ETA.

Cancellation fee amount and free cancellation time frame may vary depending on your city and vehicle category selected. You can also check the city wise cancellation fee for each vehicle category on our website - https://www.Transloop.in/fares.

All vehicle categories have a 5 minute free cancellation time frame. Cancellation fee if charged will be added to the total bill amount of your next Transloop ride.

If you think you were wrongly charged a cancellation fee, we would be happy to help.

Yes. Your every consignment is insured through our insurance partners.

Insurance charges will be included in the total fare. You can see the details in fare breakup.

Your insurance case will be handed over to our insurance partner in case of any claim due to accident or any other issue as mentioned in the insurance policy and you can directly contact with our insurance partner for the process of claim.
